Take care priya, I too have so many mental health issues, am just recovering, hope you will be alright soon, try walking,go for shopping or meet your friends, have food outside, wear ur favourite outfit and groom urself, if u r spiritually interested go for it,
listen to music or speech,can write your thoughts and emotions in a note book, everything heals you dear, come back stronger, we will miss you
