One thing which I would agree with you is that, as we have a soft corner for Jagadhish being known to us as the only ardent well-wisher of Kalki ( Angai and Anjana are voiceless before Udhay), our mind will tend to find all possibilities to justify his behaviour. To put in other words, we somehow try to find a convincing answer/solution that could justifyJagdhish's wish, make his love for Kalki attain success and would also be ethically right.
